As a B Corp, we are committed to elevating the voices of the unheard and underserved. Working with leaders aligned to do the same is our driving purpose with our Thought Leadership offering.
This six-month package will amplify agents of change committed to doing good in the spaces of Indigenous communities, social change and the environment. We will work to uncover your story and connect you with a global community ready for real change.
The Thought Leaders we work with will change the world as we know it. We have created a custom package to support the next phase of that journey.
HOW IT WORKS
The Workshop Session
A deep dive into your personal brand. We begin the process with a 3-4hr workshop. We use various tools and exercises to identify the key information we need about you to create the parameters around your brand positioning
The discoveries and priorities that unfold from this workshop heavily influence the direction of the brand.
Brand Strategy
A thorough analysis on all the intel gathered through the brand workshop phase of the process, to develop a detailed brand positioning document that defines the way your brand will present itself to the world. This document becomes the bible for anything you do moving forward with the brand.
The document will express the purpose/mission, role, customer value proposition, audience snapshots, competitor snapshots, core insight for each audience group, the emotional benefit, functional benefit, positioning statement, elevator pitch, brand essence, brand personality, and brand values.
Choose Your Brand Path
Whether a full-scale design package to get you ready to launch your brand or a simple mood board to ease you into your next phase, we offer two options to support your thought leadership initiative.
Clients ready to launch a website, social channels, and supporting materials such as a pitch deck often choose pathway one.
Clients interested in launching social channels and simple materials such as a speaker bio and rate sheet often choose pathway two.
Choose Your Brand Pathway
Now it’s time to bring your written strategy to life through the look and feel of your personal brand, ensuring it will connect with your desired audience. We’ll start with direction boards where we use visual references to explore different potential directions, and discuss preferences. It’s a collaborative process that ensures alignment across stakeholders before we commence the conceptual design phase.
From there a concept direction will be presented which will include:
- your brand mark (logo)
- typography style
- colour palette
- graphic style and/or image style.
Plus a system for how all elements work together is shown via a mock application with up to 3 pieces of collateral.
