This year has been full of incredible wins, not just for us, but for our amazing clients. We’ve had the privilege of working alongside Indigenous leaders, businesses and communities, government agencies, non-profits and purpose-driven organizations.

Whether through impactful media conferences or thoughtful branding packages, it’s been an honour to help these organizations amplify their messages and advance their missions.

December marks one year with our incredible Growth and Operations Manager, Mauricio!

Originally hired as the Executive Assistant to our Founder and Managing Director, Mauricio was promoted to Growth and Operations Manager not long after. His dedication is nothing short of inspiring. Mauricio moved to Ottawa this past summer to pursue his Masters at the University of Ottawa and during his relocation, spearheaded our expansion to the capital.

We celebrate his many wins this year which included leading the livestream for one of our biggest media events, attending countless community meetings in numerous First Nations communities and optimizing our systems to ensure we scale with integrity. Mauricio has consistently gone above and beyond.

As you can now probably tell, Mauricio is a key team member of our team, and his passion and energy inspires us all. We are so grateful to work alongside him.

Here’s to celebrating not just his achievements but the drive and determination he brings to 50th each day.

Our blog this month was inspired by a panel conversation our founder Naz joined at WEDO Canada.

WEDO is the world's largest grassroots movement focused on educating, supporting, and empowering women entrepreneurs to thrive and lead.

The theme this year was RISE WITH HER: Empowering Women Entrepreneurs in the Tech & Digital Age, which prompted a fulfilling conversation that we wanted to expand on with our thoughts.

The communications world is forever evolving, and fast paced! Trends are always changing and we always want to look ahead at what’s next.

AI is the next big trend on the horizon, we’ve probably all encountered it in our work or social networks.
